Demens x

This project is a passion project by my boss at Karlsson Arkitekter. I have gotten full permission to share it. This is a bigger project I have worked on and off on in my almost 3 years as a 3D generalist student at Karlsson Arkitekter. It is a concept of a nursing home, with strong focus on helping elders with dementia. Inside/Outside is a strong theme as can be observed in the many pictures with trees and nature. Scandinavian design is also very apparent, since we are a Danish firm. The whole project is made in 3Ds Max, with V-ray as the render. Most of the furniture is from the Chaos catalogue, but re-textured by me to fit the colours and style needed. Nature is from Itoo forest pack. Photoshop was used lastly to add people to the pictures, and given motionblur and lower opacity. While I am still happy with these pictures, they have to be accepted by my boss and so is also influenced by his decisions, even if I would do them differently myself.
